Digital products
The Red Reset and our other digital audio products carry a seven-day, no-questions-asked refund: email us within seven days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Defective files, duplicate payments and undelivered access are always corrected immediately, at any time.
The Sip and private sessions
One reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least seven calendar days before the scheduled session may be refunded less nonrecoverable payment-processing fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours and missed appointments are not refundable.
Story in Sound and custom creative work
Accepted projects receive a written scope, creative timeline, revision limit and payment terms before work begins. Deposits and completed creative work are nonrefundable once the agreed work has started, except where the written agreement states otherwise.
The Circle
Applying does not charge you. Accepted applicants receive exact dates, the participation agreement, payment schedule and the refund, transfer and missed-session rules before payment. Because each paid seat removes capacity from a limited cohort, the accepted agreement controls.
Business and Sanctuary services
Custom design may include nonrefundable planning fees and committed third-party costs. The signed proposal and agreement explain milestones, cancellations and any refundable portion before payment.
Property reservations
Zen Country and Zen Villa reservations are governed by the booking platform or direct rental agreement used for the reservation.
