Brand & Entity Separation. The Red Collection is operated separately from Priceless Diamonds Inc., a Georgia 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 46-2747898). The two organizations share no funds, no governance, no programs, no mission overlap, and no donor pools. Donations to Priceless Diamonds Inc. are tax-deductible under IRC §170(c); engagement with The Red Collection is not tax-deductible. Any attempt to cross-brand the two is unauthorized.
