Your kitchen has seen enough unpaid labor. Let it see a little ass-shaking.
That is the invitation behind Party for Two Feet: choose one song and let it belong to you. Standing, seated, moving or simply listening. You do not need an audience, a new outfit or a personality transplant.
NOTICE: When did a whole song last belong to you?
Not as background while you answer messages, wipe the counter or organize somebody else’s life. Just a song you wanted to hear, with a few minutes you chose to keep.
MOVE: Put down one task.
Pause something that can safely wait. Keep the floor clear if you move, choose a comfortable volume and give the song your shoulders, your hips—or your very grown head nod. Seated is welcome. Listening without moving counts, too.
You do not have to earn every good minute.
This is not a claim that one track fixes a hard day or treats a health condition. It is a small choice about your time. The dishes may still be there afterward. You will have had your song.
Choose your soundtrack.
Try Gigi Nicole’s Lip Gloss & Survival, or choose another released recording in the music room. RED’s original Party for Two Feet voice-and-music video is available on the homepage and YouTube. The video score and the released-song catalog are distinct.
