Direct answer

What is The Sip?

The Sip is a private 75-minute session with Gigi Nicole, held on video or by phone, for adults 21 and over. It costs $497 and includes a private six-question intake beforehand, a personal 21 Senses Reflection Map, three practical adjustments to your environment or relationships, and a written next-step summary delivered within 48 hours.

It is a reflective and educational conversation, not therapy, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Ask about current availability before paying.

The 75 minutes

Nobody should pay five hundred dollars for a mystery.

Here is exactly how the time is spent, in order.

I
The Arrival
You do not have to be impressive. No summary of your whole life, no performance of being fine. We start with the one sentence you have been carrying.
0–10 min
II
The Evidence
What your body, your rooms and your relationships have been saying while you were busy managing everybody. Gigi reflects the pattern back in plain language — not a reading, a look at what is already running.
10–35 min
III
The Map
The 21 Senses lens laid over your actual situation. Where the signal is real, where it is old, and where the grey is. This is the part people say they had never heard out loud before.
35–60 min
IV
The One Move
Three adjustments to your environment or your relationships, and one clean next step. Said out loud, so you hear yourself agree to it in your own voice.
60–75 min

No worksheets. No homework you will abandon by Thursday. If you cry, you cry — there is no extra charge.

Find your season

Camera on, or camera off.

Some people need to be seen to be honest. Some people need to not be seen to be honest. Both are real, and neither one is the discount version.

  • Video — we see each other. Best when you want to be witnessed.
  • Phone — voice only, no screen. Best when you want to say it without watching a face receive it.

You choose in the intake. You can change your mind the day of.

How to arrive

Three things, that is all.

  • A room where nobody needs anything from you for ninety minutes
  • Headphones, if the people in your house are the subject
  • One question you have not said out loud to anyone yet

Do not prepare notes. Preparation is another way of managing the room, and we are not doing that here.

The intake

The session starts before we ever meet.

After you reserve, you receive a private intake. It is six questions. They are not paperwork — they are the first act of the work, and they help you name what you want to discuss.

What is the situation you keep explaining to people — and what part do you leave out?

Where in your body do you feel it first?

What have you already tried, and what did it cost you?

What is not up for discussion?

If one thing were different ninety days from now, what is it?

What do you want to walk out of this holding?

Question four matters as much as the rest. Boundaries are part of the design, not an obstacle to it.

You leave holding

Something you can name on Monday.

  • Your personal 21 Senses Reflection Map — what your signals are actually saying
  • Three adjustments to your environment, your rooms or your relationships
  • One next move, chosen by you, in your own words
  • A written summary in your inbox within 48 hours, so you still have it when the feeling fades
This is not therapy. The Sip is a reflective, educational and creative experience. It does not diagnose, treat or replace licensed medical or mental health care.

The Sip fits when…

  • You are carrying too many competing thoughts to hear your own
  • Your body keeps reacting before your words arrive
  • Everybody has an opinion and none of them are yours
  • You want private clarity before choosing a group or a larger experience
  • You are ready for one honest, practical next move

Choose licensed support when…

  • You need diagnosis, treatment or crisis support
  • You are in immediate danger
  • You need legal, medical or financial advice
  • You need ongoing clinical care

I will say this to your face in the session too. Sending you somewhere better is not losing the sale — it is the whole standard.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Some of the most honest seventy-five minutes have happened with two dark screens and one good question.

Will you tell me what to do?

I will tell you what I see, plainly, including the part nobody around you will say. What you do with it stays yours. Choice is part of the design, not a technicality.

Is this a reading, a psychic thing, or a diagnosis?

None of the three. The 21 Senses is a reflective framework for noticing what is already running — body, environment, memory, connection. It does not predict your future and it does not name a condition.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What is said in the session stays in the session. Nothing is recorded unless you ask for a recording, and nothing is ever used as content.

What if I book and life happens?

One reschedule with seventy-two hours' notice. Full refund if you cancel seven or more days before, minus processing fees. Within seventy-two hours and no-shows are non-refundable — because that room was held for you and nobody else could have it. Full policy.

What if I do not know what my question is?

Then that is the question, and it is a better starting place than most. Bring the fog. We will find the edges of it together.

Can couples book one session?

Yes. Say so in the intake so the seventy-five minutes are built for two people instead of one.
