THE TIMESTAMP
You keep calling it “out of nowhere.” Baby, your body has timestamps.
The jaw that tightens when their name appears. The appetite that leaves before the argument starts. The shoulders that rise before the explanation arrives. The laugh that comes a little too fast because the truth is taking too long.
We love the explanation because it sounds grown, organized and reasonable. It can make a whole PowerPoint out of something your body reported in three seconds.
But your body was already in the meeting.
That does not mean every uncomfortable feeling is a prophecy. Your body is information, not a verdict. Sometimes you are remembering something old. Sometimes the room is too hot. Sometimes your bra has been irritating you since lunch.
Information is not conviction. It is simply the witness asking to finish the sentence.
Which signal arrives before your explanation—the jaw, the stomach, the shoulders, the appetite, or the silence?
What did your body know before you found the language?
Finish one sentence privately:
My body knew before I admitted .
Nothing here is saved or sent.
Give the first true answer one minute without arguing back.
Each person names the first body signal they noticed. One minute each. No fixing, no cross-examination, no “but technically.” Just listen.
Stop overruling the witness.
Your body has timestamps.
